Payment and Shipping

Payment in Ukraine can be made via PrivatBank card account or current account, from abroad - by any convenient money transfer system (PayPal, Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.) or by agreement with the online store.

PAYMENT for orders in Ukraine

• Full payment. Free delivery on order of 2,500 UAH and full (100%) payment (for orders in Ukraine for retail buyers to post offices/postal machines).

• Cash on delivery. Payment upon receipt can be made only for orders from 1,000 UAH under condition of 10% deposit of the purchase price, but, in any case, not less than 300 UAH (for orders in Ukraine and shipping by Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta).

*Payment upon receipt for individual orders and out of stock goods can be made under condition of 50% deposit of the purchase price, but, in any case, not less than 300 UAH.

*Prepayment in case of non-collection or rejection of the parcel is not refundable.

*ALWAYS INFORM US ABOUT PAYMENT by phone or send payment receipt via e-mail. Otherwise, the order will not be processed.

PAYMENT for international orders

• Full payment. International orders can be made only under condition of 100% prepayment, including a delivery fee, which calculates by the manager of the online store.

*For the purposes of international shipping, the price of the goods do not include delivery fee, payment of brokerage and customs payments, services or other fees established by the legislation of the country where the goods are delivered.
